Walking
From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, exit the museum and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn right and walk towards the entrance of St. Peter's Square. Walk along the outer edge of the square until you reach the right corner where you will see a small street leading you to Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight on this road until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river via the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Once across the bridge, take a left onto Lungotevere Castello, which will lead you along the river. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Via di San Francesco a Ripa. Turn right onto Via di San Francesco a Ripa. Continue straight for a few minutes until you reach Piazza di Santa Cecilia, where the Basilica di Santa Cecilia in Trastevere is located.

Public Transport
From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Piazza San Pietro'. Take bus number 64 towards 'Stazione Termini'. After about 10 minutes, get off at 'Piazza Venezia' stop. From there, transfer to tram number 8 towards 'Casaletto'. Ride the tram for about 10 minutes and get off at 'Trastevere' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk straight on Viale di Trastevere, then take a left onto Via di San Francesco a Ripa. Continue walking until you reach Piazza di Santa Cecilia, where the Basilica di Santa Cecilia in Trastevere is located.
