Walking
From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, exit the museum and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican City. Once you are outside, turn left and walk straight along the Via del Vaticano until you reach the intersection at Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). Continue walking straight, passing the square and keeping St. Peter's Basilica on your right. When you reach the end of the square, take a right onto Via della Conciliazione and continue walking until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, go straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Panico. Take a left onto Via di Panico and follow it until you reach Piazza Navona. The Gladiator Museum will be located at Piazza Navona, 90.

From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Via del Vaticano. Board Bus Number 64, which is heading towards Termini Station. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes until you reach the stop called 'Piazza Navona'. Once you disembark, you will be in the vicinity of Piazza Navona. Walk towards Piazza Navona, and the Gladiator Museum is located at Piazza Navona, 90.
