    From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican City. Once you reach the entrance, turn left and walk towards Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). Continue walking along Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the bridge called Ponte Sant'Angelo. Once you cross the bridge, follow the road to the right (Via di San Giovanni in Laterano) and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Lungara. Turn left onto Via della Lungara and continue until you reach Piazza di Santa Cecilia. The Basilica di Santa Cecilia in Trastevere will be located at number 22 in the square.
