From the Sistine Chapel, exit and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you're outside, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and keep walking straight until you reach the entrance of the Vatican City area. After that, continue straight onto Via della Conciliazione, which leads you towards the Tiber River. Walk along the riverbank until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo.
