Walking
Exit the Sistine Chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Keep going straight until you reach the entrance. Once you are outside of the Vatican Museums, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. At this intersection, turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica and then take the first left onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. You will need to cross the bridge, Ponte Sant'Angelo. After crossing the bridge, continue straight until you reach Piazza Navona. From there, follow signs to the nearest metro station, which is Barberini, where you will take Line A towards Anagnina. Transfer at Termini station to Line B towards Rebibbia. Get off at the stop 'Bologna' and exit towards Via Bologna. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach Via Ignazio Pettinengo, 72.

From the Sistine Chapel, exit and walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located outside the Vatican Museums. Take Bus 81 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Termini' stop. From Termini, transfer to Metro Line B and take it towards 'Rebibbia'. Get off at 'Bologna' and exit towards Via Bologna. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach Via Ignazio Pettinengo, 72.
