Walking
Exit the Sistine Chapel through the main entrance. Once outside, head towards the Vatican Museums exit. Walk straight towards the large square in front, Piazza San Pietro. As you exit the Vatican Museums, you should see St. Peter's Basilica ahead of you. Continue walking straight until you reach the main road, Via della Conciliazione. Cross the road and continue straight until you reach the traffic light at the end of the street. Turn left onto Via di Porta Castello and continue walking. After about 1 km, you will reach a large square, which is Piazza Navona. The Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi is located in the center of this square. It is a magnificent fountain, so you can't miss it!

Exit the Sistine Chapel and move towards the Vatican Museums exit. Walk to the nearest bus stop 'Piazza San Pietro'. From there, board bus number 81 or 87. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop 'Corso Vittorio Emanuele/Via dei Banchi Nuovi'. From there, walk straight ahead until you reach Piazza Navona. The Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi is located in the center of the square.

Continue walking straight until you arrive at Piazza Navona; the Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi will be in the center of the square.
