Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you reach the entrance, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via delle Fornaci. Cross the street and continue straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). From there, you will see the iconic St. Peter's Basilica. As you exit the square, take Via della Conciliazione, which will lead you towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Giovanni Amendola. Turn left onto Via Giovanni Amendola and walk until you reach number 32, where Greenline Tours is located.

Public Transport
From the Sistine Chapel, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Catch bus number 64 or 40, which will take you to the main train station, Roma Termini. Once you arrive at Roma Termini, exit the bus and head towards the main entrance of the station. From there, walk straight along Via Giovanni Amendola for about 10 minutes, and you will find Greenline Tours located at Via Giovanni Amendola, 32.
