The Basilica di Santa Prassede will be on your left at number 9/a.

From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and walk to the nearest bus stop, 'Cavalleggeri - Musei Vaticani' which is about a 5-minute walk. Take bus number 49 towards 'Stazione Termini'. Get off at the 'Termini' stop (about 10 minutes ride). From there, walk towards Via di Santa Prassede, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. Turn left onto Via di Santa Prassede and you will find the Basilica at number 9/a.
