Exit the Sistine Chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn right and walk along Viale Vaticano. Continue on this street until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and continue straight until you reach the large junction at Piazza San Pietro, where you will see St. Peter's Basilica. From there, take the left exit towards Via della Conciliazione. Walk down this road until you reach the Tiber River. At the river, turn left and follow the banks until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you arrive at the Piazza del Popolo, where you will find Terrazza del Pincio located just a short walk uphill from the square.

After visiting the Sistine Chapel, exit and make your way to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Viale Vaticano. Take Bus 81 towards 'Piazza Venezia.' After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Piazza del Popolo' stop. From there, walk towards the center of the square, and you will find the entrance to Terrazza del Pincio just a short walk away, positioned at the top of the hill overlooking the square.
