    Starting from the entrance of the Sistine Chapel, exit through the main doors. Once outside, you will be in the Vatican Museums area. Head towards the right side of the Museums and follow the signs directing you towards St. Peter's Basilica. Continue walking straight until you reach the large square in front of the Basilica. From here, look for the path leading away from the square on the left side. This path will take you along Via della Conciliazione. Walk until you reach the end of this street, where you will see a traffic circle. At the traffic circle, take the first exit onto Via Sant'Anna. Continue straight for a short distance, and you will find Porta San Pellegrino on your left.
