    From the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the Vatican Museums' main exit. Once outside, continue walking straight until you reach the main road (Viale Vaticano). Turn left onto Viale Vaticano and walk for about 10 minutes. Keep an eye out for the signs leading towards the Ara Pacis, which will be on your left. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via del Corso, then turn right into Via del Corso. From there, walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Via Margutta.

    From the Sistine Chapel, exit and walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Viale Vaticano. Catch Bus 81 or Bus 495 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. After approximately 5 stops, get off at 'Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina'. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk. Head south on Via San Lorenzo in Lucina, then take a left onto Via del Corso. Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach Via Margutta.

    From the Sistine Chapel, exit and walk towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. There are taxi stands nearby. Take a taxi and inform the driver to take you to Via Margutta. The ride will take approximately 10 minutes, depending on traffic.
