Walking
To get to Piazza Trilussa from the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you are outside, turn right and walk along Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street, where it intersects with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and follow Via di Porta Angelica as it curves to the left. This road will lead you to the Tiber River. Once you reach the river, turn right and follow the riverbank along Lungotevere in Sassia. Continue walking until you reach the Ponte Sisto bridge. Cross the bridge, and once you are on the other side, you will be at Piazza Trilussa, which is a short walk away on your left.

From the Sistine Chapel, exit and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Take a left onto Viale Vaticano and walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Viale Vaticano. Look for bus line 23 or 280. Board the bus and ride it until you reach the stop at 'Piazza Raffaele Cadorna'. Once you disembark, walk across the square towards Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. Turn left onto Lungotevere in Sassia and walk until you reach Ponte Sisto. Cross the bridge, and you will arrive at Piazza Trilussa on the left side.
