    From St. Peter's Square, head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you exit the basilica, walk straight down Via della Conciliazione, which is the wide avenue leading away from the square. Continue walking along this road for approximately 1.2 kilometers (about 15 minutes). As you approach the end of Via della Conciliazione, you will see the Tiber River on your right. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Lungotevere Tor di Nona. Turn left onto Lungotevere Tor di Nona and then right onto Via di Monte Brianzo. Finally, continue straight until you reach Piazza di Santa Cecilia, where the Basilica di Santa Cecilia is located at number 22.

    From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest bus stop located at 'Piazza San Pietro'. Here, you can catch Bus 23 or Bus 280. Board the bus and ride for about 4 stops. Get off at 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, transfer to Bus 44, which will take you directly towards the Trastevere area. After approximately 6 stops, disembark at 'Piazza di Santa Cecilia'.
