Walking
From the center of St. Peter's Square, head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you are in front of the Basilica, walk down the Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the Tiber River, which is approximately a 10-minute walk. Cross the Tiber River using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing the bridge, turn left and follow the riverbank until you reach the next bridge, Ponte Vittorio Emanuele II. Cross this bridge and turn right onto Via dei Banchi Nuovi. Continue straight until you reach Via delle Terme di Caracalla, where you will find the Baths of Caracalla.

From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 23 or 280 towards the Termini Station. Get off at the stop 'Piazza di Porta San Giovanni'. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to the Baths of Caracalla. Head down Via di Porta San Giovanni and continue onto Via delle Terme di Caracalla, where the Baths are located.
