    From the entrance of Vatican Gardens, head towards the main exit onto Viale Vaticano. Once you reach Viale Vaticano, turn right and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Continue straight, passing by the beautiful architecture of the Vatican. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the large gate leading out of the Vatican area. Continue walking straight for another 5 minutes until you reach Via della Conciliazione. Cross the street towards the Tiber River, then turn left and walk along the riverbank for about 15 minutes until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Cross the bridge and head straight to Via dei Banchi Nuovi, and continue for another 10 minutes until you hit Via delle Quattro Fontane.
