    From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and head towards the main entrance area. Once outside, turn right onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). At the square, you will see the grand Basilica. From there, exit the square towards Via della Conciliazione and continue straight. At the end of Via della Conciliazione, turn left onto Lungotevere in Augusta. Walk along the river until you reach Ponte Regina Margherita. Cross the bridge, and then continue straight on Via Vittorio Veneto. The Museo e Cripta dei Cappuccini will be on your right at Via Vittorio Veneto, 27.

    From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and walk to the Ottaviano Metro Station (about a 10-minute walk). Head east on Viale Vaticano, then turn left onto Via Ottaviano. Once you reach the Metro station, take Line A (the orange line) towards Anagnina. Travel for 4 stops and get off at the Spagna station. Exit the station and walk towards the Spanish Steps. From there, walk down Via Sistina until you reach Via Vittorio Veneto. The Museo e Cripta dei Cappuccini will be located at Via Vittorio Veneto, 27, on your left.
