Walking
Starting from the entrance of the Vatican Gardens, head east towards the main exit gate. Once you exit, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the intersection and continue straight onto Via della Conciliazione. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the Tiber River. From there, turn right and walk along the riverbank for about 15 minutes. You will eventually see the majestic Piazza Beniamino Gigli, where Teatro dell'Opera di Roma is located on your left.

Public Transport - Bus
From the Vatican Gardens, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the entrance called 'Vatican City - Piazzale San Giovanni.' Once there, take bus number 81 towards 'Stazione Termini.' The ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Vittorio Emanuele' and walk about 5 minutes towards Piazza Beniamino Gigli, where Teatro dell'Opera di Roma is located.

Exit the Vatican Gardens and walk to the nearest metro station, 'Ottaviano - San Pietro.' Take Line A (the orange line) in the direction of 'Anagnina.' Travel for three stops and get off at 'Termini.' From Termini, take the exit towards Via Giovanni Giolitti. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, and you will reach Piazza Beniamino Gigli, where Teatro dell'Opera di Roma is located.
