    From the Vatican Museums, exit the main entrance and head towards Viale Vaticano. Continue straight and walk until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Cavalleggeri. Turn left onto Via di Porta Cavalleggeri and walk until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the bridge known as Ponte Sant'Angelo. Once you cross, continue walking along Lungotevere in Sassia until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Turn left and walk straight until you reach St. Peter's Square. From here, take Via della Traspontina, which will lead you to Via dei Corridori. Follow this road until you reach Piazzale del Giardino Zoologico. The Bioparco di Roma will be on your left.

    From the Vatican Museums, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Viale Vaticano. Take the bus number 49 towards 'Piazza Cavour'. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes, and get off at the stop 'Piazzale del Giardino Zoologico'. From the bus stop, you will see Bioparco di Roma directly ahead. Just walk towards the entrance.
