From Piazza San Pietro, head towards Via della Conciliazione, which will lead you away from the basilica. Continue walking down Via della Conciliazione until you reach the intersection with Via dei Corridori. Take a left onto Via dei Corridori, which will lead you towards the Tiber River. As you continue, the road will become Via di Monte Brianzo. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Via della Penitenza. Take a right onto Via della Penitenza and walk straight until you reach Vicolo d'Orfeo.
