Once you are inside the Vatican Museums, make your way towards the Sistine Chapel. Follow the signs that direct you to the Sistine Chapel, which is a significant landmark within the museums. After visiting the chapel, exit through the back door of the Sistine Chapel, which leads to the Vatican Gardens. Continue walking straight until you reach the entrance of Saint Peter's Basilica. You will see a large open area in front of you – this is Saint Peter's Square. The Tomb of Saint Peter is located below the basilica. To access it, enter the basilica and head towards the rear. Look for signs that indicate the entrance to the Vatican Grottoes, where the tomb is situated.

If you are starting from the Raphael Rooms, exit the room and head towards the Sistine Chapel. After visiting, exit through the back to reach the Vatican Gardens. Move straight ahead towards Saint Peter's Basilica. As you approach the basilica, you will encounter Saint Peter's Square. Enter the basilica, and proceed to the right side where the entrance to the Vatican Grottoes is located. Follow the signs down to the tomb area where the Tomb of Saint Peter is.
