From the Sistine Chapel, exit and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Pinciana. Cross the street and continue straight onto Via della Domus Aurea. The Baths of Trajan will be on your right at Via della Domus Aurea, 1.

After visiting the Sistine Chapel, walk through the Vatican Museums until you reach the exit. Once outside, take a right onto Viale Vaticano. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via Nazionale. Turn right onto Via Nazionale and continue walking until you reach Via della Domus Aurea. Turn left, and the Baths of Trajan will be ahead on your left.

Exit the Sistine Chapel and walk back through the Vatican Museums. Upon exiting, turn left and head towards the main street, Viale Vaticano. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach Piazza della Repubblica. From there, walk down Via di Villa Peretti, which leads directly to Via della Domus Aurea. You will find the Baths of Trajan on your right at number 1.
