Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, exit the building and head towards Viale Vaticano. Turn right onto Viale Vaticano and continue walking until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). This should take about 10 minutes. Once you are at St. Peter's Square, continue to the left side of the square and head towards the entrance of the Vatican Gardens. You will find the entrance to the gardens that leads to Parco del Colle Oppio.

  • Bus

    From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Vaticano/San Pietro'. Board the bus number 64 heading towards 'Termini'. After about 5 stops, get off at 'Colosseo'. From there, it's a short walk to Parco del Colle Oppio. Head east on Via di San Gregorio and then turn right onto Viale del Monte Oppio. The park entrance will be on your right.

  • Metro

    From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, walk to the nearest Metro station 'Ottaviano'. Take Line A (the orange line) in the direction of 'Anagnina'. After 4 stops, get off at 'Termini'. Then transfer to Line B (the blue line) towards 'Laurentina' and get off at 'Colosseo'. Exit the station, walk east on Via di San Gregorio, and then turn right onto Viale del Monte Oppio to reach Parco del Colle Oppio.
