Continue walking straight until you reach the Tiber River. At the river, turn right and walk along the riverbank. You will soon see a small island in the river called Isola Tiberina. Cross over the Ponte Fabricio bridge to reach the island. Once on the island, Piazza S. Bartolomeo All'Isola will be directly ahead.
