Walking
From the Vatican Necropolis entrance, walk towards St. Peter's Basilica. Once you reach the basilica, exit onto Piazza San Pietro. Head to the right side of the square, towards Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking until you reach the end of the street, where it intersects with Via di Porta Cavalleggeri. Turn left onto Via di Porta Cavalleggeri and continue straight until you reach Via Nicolò V. Turn right onto Via Nicolò V and Residence Vatican Suites will be on your left at number 5a.

Public Transport
If you prefer not to walk, after exiting the Vatican Necropolis, head back to St. Peter's Basilica and look for the bus stop located at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus number 64 towards Termini Station. After about 10-15 minutes, get off at the stop 'Piazza della Rovere'. From there, walk straight onto Via della Rovere, which will lead you to Via Nicolò V. Turn left onto Via Nicolò V, and you will find Residence Vatican Suites at number 5a.
