From the Vatican City, walk to the Ottaviano metro station (Line A). Take the metro towards Anagnina and get off at the Barberini station. From there, take a left and walk for about 10 minutes to reach Piazza di Santa Maria Nova, where the Temple of Venus and Rome is located.

If you are already near the Vatican Obelisk, head east towards Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking until you reach the Tiber River. Turn left and walk along the riverbank until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Cross the bridge, then continue straight until you reach Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina. Turn left onto Via di Santa Maria in Via and continue straight. You will find Piazza di Santa Maria Nova ahead, where the Temple of Venus and Rome is located.
