From Sugarbush Resort, head south on Sugarbush Access Rd toward VT-100. Turn left onto VT-100 S. Continue on VT-100 S for approximately 5 miles. Then, turn right onto Moretown Common Rd and follow it for about 2 miles. Finally, turn left onto Meadow Rd, and you will find the Mad River Valley Rural Historic District at 74 Meadow Rd, Moretown, VT 05660.

From Sugarbush Resort, take the Green Mountain Transit bus route 3 towards Montpelier. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the Moretown Post Office stop. From there, walk north on VT-100 for about 0.5 miles, then turn right onto Moretown Common Rd. Follow it for about 1 mile, then take a left onto Meadow Rd. The Mad River Valley Rural Historic District will be on your left at 74 Meadow Rd, Moretown, VT 05660.
