10 Days Authentic Northern Vietnam from Hanoi to Bai Tu Long Bay

Unforgettable Vietnam: impeccable organization, excellent guides, and a delightful welcome!

We have just finished a fantastic trip to Vietnam and could not be more satisfied. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, with a truly excellent price-quality ratio. The agency took care of every single organizational detail: from booking accommodations to all internal travel (car, bus, night train, and even flights). We didn't have to think about anything, just enjoy the trip! The local guides (Ms Đặng Thị Tuyết Nhung - Ms Ngân - Ms Kim Minh la) who accompanied us were excellent and spoke perfect Italian, making the visits even more interesting and pleasant. A special thanks to My Dinh, the young woman with whom we organized the tour: she was uniquely sweet and helpful. She even wanted to come visit us in person at our accommodation to meet us and was so kind as to even bring us a small gift. We absolutely recommend this agency to anyone who wants to explore Vietnam without worries and with exceptional human service.

This tour was an amazing experience with breathtaking scenery throughout the journey. The highlight for me was the peaceful atmosphere of Bai Tu Long Bay. Unlike more crowded destinations, the bay feels tranquil, unspoiled, and incredibly relaxing. It was the perfect way to connect with nature and enjoy the stunning beauty of Vietnam. Highly recommended!

The car driver and the...

The car driver and the boat pilot were both very skilled and professional. However, the travel agency needs to improve and better coordinate certain aspects to ensure a more enjoyable experience. We were taken to a village in the mountains, where we were put on a small electric bus that took us there. Once there, we didn’t know where to get off, what to do, how to get back, or how much time we had… and no one spoke our language. Eventually, using hand gestures, we managed to return to the port where the boat had dropped us off. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy that part of the experience — we felt lost and confused. Thankfully, once we were back with the boat pilot, everything was smooth and pleasant again.
