Used them to book car...
Used them to book car from Ha Long Bay marina to Hanoi. Driver came on time. The company kept constant updates about the driver through WhatsApp. The car was very clean and the driver was very courteous.

Limousine Bus Halong to Noi Bai airport or Hanoi or Ninh Binh
A Smooth and Comfortable Journey from Ha Long Bay to Hanoi
Here’s a polished review you can use: ⸻ Our recent transport experience from Ha Long Bay to Hanoi was excellent. The driver was incredibly friendly from the start, offering a warm welcome and making a genuine effort to ensure we were comfortable throughout the journey. The car itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made a big difference for a longer drive. The air conditioning worked perfectly—very much appreciated in the heat—and the ride was smooth and relaxing the entire way. Overall, this was a great and stress-free way to travel between Ha Long Bay and Hanoi. Highly recommend!
