Complete integrity when our cruise had to be cancelled
Renea behaved with complete integrity when our cruise had to be cancelled on account of a typhoon. They went out of their way to personally hand deliver the deposit back to us in Hanoi. We will definitely rebook if we are lucky enough to visit Vietnam!
