We have just finished a fantastic trip to Vietnam and could not be more satisfied. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, with a truly excellent price-quality ratio. The agency took care of every single organizational detail: from booking accommodations to all internal travel (car, bus, night train, and even flights). We didn't have to think about anything, just enjoy the trip! The local guides (Ms Đặng Thị Tuyết Nhung - Ms Ngân - Ms Kim Minh la) who accompanied us were excellent and spoke perfect Italian, making the visits even more interesting and pleasant. A special thanks to My Dinh, the young woman with whom we organized the tour: she was uniquely sweet and helpful. She even wanted to come visit us in person at our accommodation to meet us and was so kind as to even bring us a small gift. We absolutely recommend this agency to anyone who wants to explore Vietnam without worries and with exceptional human service.
