If you are starting from Hoan Kiem Lake, head northwest along Le Thach Street until you reach Dinh Tien Hoang Street. Turn left on Dinh Tien Hoang Street and walk towards the lake. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Hang Khay Street. Turn right onto Hang Khay Street, then take the first left onto Hang Buom Street. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes, and you will find Quan De Temple at 28 Hang Buom Street on your left.

To reach Quan De Temple by cyclo, find a cyclo driver near your current location and ask them to take you to 28 Hang Buom Street, Hoan Kiem.
