If you are driving, start from Dong Hoi City, which is the capital of Quang Binh Province. Head southwest on Le Duan Street (DT1) for about 10 km until you reach the junction with HT17. Turn left onto HT17 and continue for another 17 km. Follow the signs for Mooc Spring (Suối Mooc), which will lead you to Phúc Trạch, Bố Trạch District. There may be a small entrance fee (around 20,000 VND per person) to access the spring.

From Dong Hoi City, take a bus heading to Phong Nha. Several local buses operate along this route. The bus fare is approximately 30,000 VND. Inform the driver to drop you at the nearest stop to Mooc Spring. Once you get off, you will need to walk about 3 km to reach the spring. Alternatively, you can hire a motorbike taxi (xe ôm) from the bus stop for about 50,000 VND to get directly to Mooc Spring.
