If you're driving to Phong Nha Ke Bang, you can start from Dong Hoi City, which is about 45 km away. From Dong Hoi, take Highway 1A and then follow the signs to Phong Nha. You'll travel through some beautiful countryside. Once you reach Phong Nha, follow the signs to the Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park entrance. Note that there is an entrance fee of approximately 150,000 VND per person.

If you're using public transportation, you can take a bus from Dong Hoi City to Phong Nha. Buses leave regularly from the main bus station in Dong Hoi. The journey takes about 1 hour and costs around 50,000 VND. Make sure to check the schedule in advance as the frequency may vary. Once you arrive at the Phong Nha bus station, you can catch a taxi or a motorbike taxi to the park entrance, which is about 5 km away.

For a more comfortable option, you can take a taxi directly from Dong Hoi City to Phong Nha Ke Bang. The taxi ride will take around 45 minutes and cost approximately 600,000 VND. It's best to choose a reputable taxi company to avoid any issues. Once you arrive, you will need to pay the entrance fee at the park.

Motorbike Rental
If you prefer to explore at your own pace, consider renting a motorbike in Dong Hoi. Rental shops are available, and the cost is around 120,000 VND per day. From Dong Hoi, follow the same route as if you were driving, taking Highway 1A towards Phong Nha. Enjoy the freedom to stop and take photos along the way. Be sure to wear a helmet and drive safely!
