Klyde Warren Park: The Heart of Dallas

Getting There

• Metro

  To reach Klyde Warren Park from anywhere in Arlington, start by locating the nearest Metro station, which is likely the Pentagon City Metro Station. Take the Blue Line towards Largo Town Center. Transfer at the Rosslyn Metro Station to the Orange Line towards New Carrollton. Ride until you reach the Court House Metro Station. At Court House, transfer to the Silver Line and ride towards Dallas. Disembark at the Woodall Rodgers Fwy exit. From there, Klyde Warren Park is a short walk away, just follow the signs towards the park.

• Bus

  If you prefer to travel by bus, check the local Arlington transit schedules for the nearest stop. You can take the ART Bus Route 42 from the Crystal City area, which will take you to the Rosslyn Metro Station. From Rosslyn, you can either walk or catch the Metro as previously described. Alternatively, you can take the Metrobus Route 4A or 4B directly towards DC and get off at the nearest stop to Klyde Warren Park, then walk the rest of the way.

• Walking

  If you are already near the park, simply walk towards Woodall Rodgers Fwy. Klyde Warren Park is located at 2012 Woodall Rodgers Fwy. Follow the signs for pedestrian pathways leading to the park entrance. It's a popular area, so there should be clear signage directing you towards the park.

• Biking

  For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services available in Arlington. Head towards the nearest bike path that leads to the Potomac River. Follow the river trail towards the Woodall Rodgers Fwy. Once you reach the park area, find the bike racks available near the park entrances.
