If you are near the Norfolk Light Rail, take the Tide Light Rail towards the Newtown Road station. Get off at the MacArthur Square station. From there, head west on E Main St toward S Granby St. Continue onto W Plume St, then turn left onto Granby St. After about 0.5 miles, turn right onto W Tazewell St. The Pagoda & Oriental Garden will be on your left at 265 W Tazewell St.
