From the downtown area of Fredericksburg, head north on Caroline Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Route 1 (Jefferson Davis Highway). Cross Route 1 and continue straight onto Chatham Lane. Walk along Chatham Lane for approximately 1 mile. Chatham Manor will be on your left at 120 Chatham Ln, Fredericksburg, VA 22405.

Start at the Fredericksburg Transit Center located at 1400 Jefferson Davis Hwy. Board the FRED bus Route 1, which heads towards the Spotsylvania Towne Centre. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop for Chatham Lane (it should be announced). From the bus stop, walk approximately 0.5 miles down Chatham Lane towards the left, and you will reach Chatham Manor at 120 Chatham Ln, Fredericksburg, VA 22405.
