    From the Great Dismal Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, head south on US-17 S. Continue on US-17 S for approximately 12 miles until you reach the intersection with I-264 E. Merge onto I-264 E towards Portsmouth. After about 10 miles, take exit 7 to merge onto Victory Blvd/US-58 E. Continue on Victory Blvd for about 3 miles.
