From the Mount St. Helens Visitor Center, head south on Spirit Lake Hwy (WA-504) for approximately 14 miles. After passing the town of Cougar, turn left onto Forest Road 99. Continue on Forest Road 99 for about 12 miles until you reach the Windy Ridge Viewpoint. There are no fees to park at the viewpoint.
