Public Transit - Bus
From Bellevue, walk to the Bellevue Transit Center located at 110 110th Ave NE. Take the Sound Transit Route 556 bus heading towards Seattle. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the 'Alki Beach' stop. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to the Alki Trail. Head west on Alki Ave SW until you reach the waterfront, where the trail begins.

Public Transit - Light Rail and Bus
Start at the Bellevue Downtown Park and walk to the nearest light rail station, which is the Bellevue Station located at 110th Ave NE & NE 4th St. Take the Link light rail towards the University of Washington. Transfer at the Westlake Station to the Sound Transit Route 773 bus towards West Seattle. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Alki Beach' stop. Walk west along Alki Ave SW for about 10 minutes to reach the Alki Trail.
