    Start at downtown Spokane and head to the Spokane Transit Authority (STA) Plaza located at 702 W Riverside Ave. From there, take the STA Route 25 bus towards Nine Mile Falls. The bus will take you along a scenic route. Get off at the stop near the intersection of W Charles Rd and N 9 Mile Rd. From the bus stop, walk west on W Charles Rd for about 0.5 miles. You will see signs for Riverside State Park. The entrance to the park is located at 9711 W Charles Rd.
