If you are in downtown Tacoma, head towards the waterfront by walking towards the west. You can start from the Museum District located near 11th Street. Walk straight to Dock Street, turning left. Continue on Dock Street for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach the Museum of Glass at 1801 Dock St. Look for the large glass sculptures and the iconic building on your right.

Catch a Pierce Transit bus from any downtown bus stop. Routes 1, 2, and 3 all stop near the waterfront. If you are unsure of which stop to board, head to the Tacoma Dome Station and catch Route 1 heading towards Point Defiance. Get off at the stop labeled 'Dock St & 19th St.' From there, walk east on Dock Street for about 0.3 miles to reach the Museum of Glass at 1801 Dock St. Look for the large glass structures as you approach.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride along the scenic waterfront trail. Start at the Thea Foss Waterway and follow the path south until you reach Dock Street. Turn left onto Dock Street and continue for about 0.4 miles. The Museum of Glass will be on your right at 1801 Dock St. There are bike racks available at the museum for parking.
