Public Transit - Bus
If you are in downtown Tacoma, walk to the Tacoma Dome Station located at 1001 Puyallup Ave, Tacoma, WA 98421. From there, take Pierce Transit bus route 1 (towards Tacoma Mall) or route 2 (towards University Place). Get off at the stop at 15th & Dock, which is approximately a 10-minute ride. From the bus stop, walk south on Dock St for about 5 minutes until you reach the Museum of Glass at 1801 Dock St.

If you are near the Tacoma Art Museum or Washington State History Museum, you can walk to the Museum of Glass. Head east on S 17th St, then turn left onto Pacific Ave. Walk straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach Dock St. Turn right on Dock St and continue walking south for about 0.3 miles until you see the Museum of Glass on your right at 1801 Dock St.

Light Rail
Start from the Tacoma Dome Station and take the Sounder train to the Tacoma Dome Station. From there, transfer to the Link Light Rail service. Get off at the Union Station stop. Walk towards S 17th St and take a left. Continue on S 17th St until you reach Pacific Ave. Turn right and continue until you reach Dock St. The Museum of Glass will be on your right after approximately 0.5 miles.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from various locations in Tacoma to the Museum of Glass. There are bike lanes along Pacific Ave. If you are near the waterfront, take the scenic route along the waterfront bike path that leads to the Museum of Glass.
