To reach Historic South Downtown using public transportation, you can take King County Metro bus routes. If you're in downtown Seattle, board a bus heading towards the International District. Routes like the 1, 3, 4, or 7 will get you close. Get off at the stop on 5th Ave S & S Jackson St and walk east on S Jackson St, then turn left onto Maynard Ave S. The destination will be on your right at 409b Maynard Ave S. A one-way fare is approximately $2.75.

Public Transportation - Light Rail
If you prefer light rail, board the Link Light Rail at any of the downtown stations. Travel southbound towards Angle Lake Station. Get off at the International District/Chinatown Station. From there, exit the station and head north on 5th Ave S. Turn left onto S Jackson St, then take a left onto Maynard Ave S. Walk until you reach 409b Maynard Ave S. The fare for the light rail is around $2.25 one way.
