Start at the Bluefield City Park, located at 200 Park Ave, Bluefield, WV 24701. From the park, head east on Park Ave toward 3rd St. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with US-460 W. Cross US-460 W carefully and proceed to the bus stop at the corner of US-460 W and 3rd St. Take the Greyhound or any local bus heading toward Camp Creek. Inform the driver that your destination is Camp Creek, WV.

Once you arrive at Camp Creek, exit the bus at the Camp Creek Post Office stop. From there, walk south on Camp Creek Drive for about 0.5 miles. You'll see signs for Mash Fork Falls on your right. Follow the trail leading to the falls, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the main road.
