Getting There

    If you are already in Dolly Sods Wilderness, head south on FR 75 (Forest Road 75). Continue for approximately 7 miles until you reach the junction with FR 19. Turn left onto FR 19 and continue for about 3 miles. You will see the parking area for the Otter Creek Wilderness trailhead on your right. Make sure to park in designated areas to avoid any fines.

  • Hiking

    From the parking area, you can begin your hike into the Otter Creek Wilderness. Follow the marked trails that lead into the wilderness area. Ensure you have a map or a GPS device, as the trails can be less maintained and more challenging than in other areas of Dolly Sods.
