If you are traveling by car, start from the New River Gorge Visitor Center located at 104 Main Street, Glen Jean, WV. Head south on US-19 S for about 4 miles. Take the exit toward Fayetteville/Lost Creek, and merge onto US-19 S. After about 2 miles, take the exit for County Route 9-8. Follow County Route 9-8 for approximately 1.5 miles until you see the Long Point Trailhead parking lot on your left. There is no fee for parking at the trailhead.

Once in Fayetteville, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service (like Uber) to reach Long Point Trailhead.
