From any location within New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, head towards US-19 S. If you're near the Canyon Rim Visitor Center, take the exit onto US-19 S. Continue on US-19 S for about 6 miles until you reach the intersection with WV-20. Turn left onto WV-20 and continue for approximately 12 miles. The Sandstone Falls Overlook will be on your right, just off WV-20. Look for the designated parking area.
