From downtown Parkersburg, head east on Market Street until you reach the intersection with 7th Street. Turn left onto 7th Street and continue north until you reach the intersection with the Memorial Bridge. Cross the bridge into Vienna. Once in Vienna, continue straight onto Rosemar Road. Follow Rosemar Road for approximately 2.5 miles. McDonough Wildlife Refuge will be on your left at 2196 Rosemar Rd, Vienna, WV 26105.

Start at the Parkersburg Transit Center located at 217 4th St, Parkersburg, WV. Board the bus that heads towards Vienna. Depending on the bus schedule, you may need to transfer at the Vienna Stop. Once you arrive at the Vienna stop, walk north on the nearest street until you reach Rosemar Road. Turn left onto Rosemar Road and walk for about half a mile. McDonough Wildlife Refuge will be on your right at 2196 Rosemar Rd, Vienna, WV 26105.
