From Spruce Knob, head southwest on County Road 10 towards US-33. Take a left onto US-33 East and continue for approximately 10 miles. Merge onto US-19 South and drive for about 12 miles. Take the exit toward Summersville and merge onto US-19 South. Continue for another 5 miles until you reach the intersection with Carnifex Ferry Crossing. Turn left onto Carnifex Ferry Crossing, and the park entrance will be on your right.
