Start from the Wheeling Town Center located at 100-150 Main St, Wheeling, WV 26003. Exit the Town Center and head south on Main St towards 14th St. At the intersection, turn left onto 14th St and continue until you reach Market St. Turn right onto Market St and walk straight until you reach the bridge over the Ohio River. Cross the bridge and follow the path along the river until you reach the Ohio River Scenic Byway. Turn left onto the Byway and continue walking for about a mile. From Wheeling Town Center, walk to the nearest bus stop on Main St. Take the bus Route #1 towards Elm Grove. Get off at the National Rd stop. From there, walk along National Rd for about 5 minutes, and you will find the McColloch's Leap Monument at 100-122 National Rd. It should be visible from the road.
